How often do you hear about professional people you should not trust? One of them is probably a real-estate agent.Well I have surprise a for you! There is one I can recommend very highly, the one who went beyond her duty. Recently I sold a property in Ipswich, and through the process I had a lot of technical problems: building inspections, building licenses, settlement agents of new owners, everybody tried to avoid their responsibility and seemed as though they were trying to take more money from me. It felt like there was a problem one after another, to the point of considering to take the house off the market. However, my real-state agent went further than her obligations, she pulled all her resources, beyond her profession duties, and was always responsive to my queries immediately, even after hours as I was calling from Western Australia. She understood my financial situation at this moment and was happy to deal with it accordingly to satisfaction of both of us.
